Ingredients

Chia Seeds
¼ C
Coconut Cream
½ C
Unsweetened Nut Milk (more to suit if needed)
1 Serve
Alpha Lipid Colostrum
1 Tbsp
Sliced Almonds
1 Tbsp
Shredded Coconut
½ C
Low Sugar Fruit eg raspberries, blueberries, kiwifruit
OR
Lemon, Mango and Berries

Method

In a small jar or bowl, add the nut milk, coconut cream, almonds, coconut and chia seeds. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.

Place jar in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Serve Chia Seed Pudding with fruit and nut
